Intermediate Combination Yoga

Regular sessions of Combination Yoga will help with your stress management and mindfulness as well as supporting a healthy diet and aiding a good night of quality sleep. There will be an optional 10 minute session at the end for a mini workout with weights, please have them ready if you are interested. Please book in advance as spaces are limited. This session is suitable for beginners also. If you would like to arrange one to one sessions to learn more about yoga and become more familiar with the poses you can contact me directly.
