November Wellness Workshop | Floral

This will be the fifth instalment of the monthly wellness events for us ladies. 

Come and join us together to escape the daily stresses and congested lifestyle to reconnect with our innerselves and recharge. This event has been designed to help you feel elevated and refreshed and to teach you how to make positive, healthy changes in your life, not just for the day but for the longterm.

Learn to integrate in to an active lifestyle without it feeling like a chore, pick up on healthier eating habits without feeling deprived. We are all a work in progress, choosing to take a new path to make improvements in life will always be a step in the right direction with no regrets. You will get to meet like minded ladies to exchange wellness knowledge and hopefully be back to each session every month.

The schedule will consist of guided yoga via Yoga Studio - Mind & Body App, tantric dancing, meditation and a special lunch created with low carb,  vegetarian, sugar free options. Each event will have slight variations so you can experience something different each time. This event will have a floral activity to make dried bouquets to keep forever.

You will also be invited to join us for free weekly yoga sessions which are held on zoom and can be practised comfortably from the convenience of your own home.
